Tasting Notes

This spectacular coffee is delicately roasted on the lighter side to bring out it's sweeter notes beginning with stone fruit moving into carob then back to a ripe papaya with a hint of mango finishing with a passion fruit acidity. We love this coffee as a pour over but it surprises as a very sharp espresso, although you may need to adjust your grind size, pressure and time if you typically pull darker shots.

Pour Over - 1:16 | 4:6 Method light agitation | 800 - 900 µm

French Press - 1:12 | 4 minute steep stirring at 2 minutes | 1000 - 1200 µm

Espresso - 1:2.5 | 6 bars | 35-45 seconds (10 second pre-infusion) | 180 - 220µm
