We've spent years roasting, dialing in, and obsessing over every batch. Now we want you to taste it.
Every Saturday and Sunday, MAMU Coffee takes over Barsha Wine Bar in El Segundo for our Tasting Room. It's a coffee bar built to show off the beans, with specialty drinks designed around each coffee's character, from the first sip to the last.
Nothing stays on the menu forever. Each month we bring in new beans and new drinks, so there's always something to try. Come in, sit down, and taste what we've been working on.

Honey process with notes of 85% cacao, Lambert cherries, date syrup, and green apple acidity.
Espresso Tonic
Our same honey-process espresso with Fever tonic.

The Slow Stuff
Pour-Over · Pink Bourbon
This delicately complex coffee starts with bold tropical fruits; papaya, mango and a hint of banana moving into a floral jasmine, onto stone fruit, lychee and pink lemonade. What's so fun is the cup has an underlying kiss of milk chocolate throughout; subtle and super crisp with a juicy full mouthfeel.
Pour-Over Cream
MAMU's Chulada blend, made as a pour-over and brewed over whipping cream.
Cold Brew
Kyoto-style 24-hour cold brew, anaerobically washed Wush Wush with notes of 85% cacao, nougat, blueberry, and caramel.
Drip
Just a good cup of coffee. Take it black, or add some milk and even sugar if you feel the need.

Do I need a reservation?
No reservation needed. Bring your friends, bring your dog, bring your good mood.
Is there parking?
Yes, plenty.
Is there seating?
Plenty. Couches, high tops, and outdoor seats. Pick your spot and stay a while.
Do you have flavored syrups?
No syrups here. We'd rather let the coffee do the talking. Ask us for a drink recommendation and we'll find your thing. Try the mocha or the peanut butter 'spro if you want something on the sweeter side.
Are dogs welcome?
We love dogs. Tails wagging encouraged, growling not so much.
