From this abundant volume, we've selected a special treat traceable to the Carmo micro-region, known for its rolling hills and small to medium-sized farms. This lot originates from several small farms delivering cherries to Carmo Coffee's mill, Pedra Branca. Carmo Coffee, an export company, operates its mill, allowing for processing innovations and offering producers consistent processing options without requiring their equipment investment.
